Jake is a jack of all trades when it comes to maintenance around the house! He replaced all of our smoke detectors throughout the house and worked for several hours to get that done. He also added bushes in the back yard, replaced light fixtures and is fixing a piece of tile that fell off in our shower. I highly recommend using Jake for those jobs that never get done. His work ethic and attention to detail shines through with each job he does.
So appreciate Jake & the quick response for my clients. They needed a toilet replaced & did the extra step & replaced the flooring that was water damaged. Someone told them they could just put the toilet on the old flooring. It really did need replaced! Lots of water damage. I’m so glad they listened to the professionals! Not sure why the builder thought actual wood tile was a good idea in the bathroom in the first place.
Thrilled with the results! Jake and his team took our outdated upstairs hallway desk area (that was never used) into a beautiful closet with tons of storage! Will definitely use them again for future home projects.

Jake was wonderful! He did several jobs for us in Allen. One of them was patching a wall and matching paint and the paint looks seamless with the existing area.. He’s very honest and the work he did was immaculate. Highly recommend!
