So appreciate Jake & the quick response for my clients. They needed a toilet replaced & did the extra step & replaced the flooring that was water damaged. Someone told them they could just put the toilet on the old flooring. It really did need replaced! Lots of water damage. I’m so glad they listened to the professionals! Not sure why the builder thought actual wood tile was a good idea in the bathroom in the first place.
